1. Platform Role

Bookiora is a booking and ticketing marketplace connecting customers with independent hosts. We do not directly operate any services listed on the platform.

2. Bookings and Payments

• Bookings may require full or partial payment
• Some bookings support “Pay at Counter” (cash-based) payments
• All transactions are recorded under the Bookiora system

3. Wallet System

Refunds are processed to the Bookiora Wallet and can be used for future bookings. Wallet balances are non-transferable and may have validity conditions.

4. QR Access System

Entry to events or services may require QR code verification. Any misuse, duplication, or fraud attempts will result in access denial.

5. Host Responsibility

Hosts are responsible for:

• Service quality
• Availability
• Accuracy of listing information

6. Limitations of Liability

Bookiora is not liable for:

• Host service failures
• Event cancellations caused by third parties
• Losses due to misuse of accounts or QR codes

7. Account Suspension

We reserve the right to suspend accounts involved in:

• Fraud
• Abuse
• Policy violations
• Suspicious activity

8. Changes to Terms

Bookiora may update these terms periodically. Continued use of the platform implies acceptance of changes.
