Terms of Use
These Terms of Use govern your use of the Platform. By registering, listing services, or making bookings, you agree to the following terms.

1. Role of the Platform
- The Platform provides an online marketplace for Partners to list their services and Explorers to book them.
- The Platform does not own, manage, or directly provide the services listed. Responsibility for quality and fulfillment rests with the Partner.
2. For Explorers (Customers)
- You agree to provide accurate account information.
- You agree to use the Platform lawfully and for personal travel purposes only.
- You acknowledge that the Partner is the service provider, and any issues with the actual service must be resolved directly with them.
3. For Partners (Service Providers)
- You must provide accurate, truthful, and updated information about your services.
- You are responsible for fulfilling confirmed bookings.
- The Platform will deduct a 10% commission from successful bookings.
- Repeated cancellations, fraudulent listings, or violations of this agreement may result in suspension or removal.
4. Explorer Wallet
- Each Explorer account includes a digital wallet maintained by the Platform.
- Refunds are credited to the wallet and may be used for future bookings only.
- Wallet funds are non-transferable, non-withdrawable, and expire after 12 months.
- The Platform may freeze or deduct wallet funds in cases of charge backs, disputes, or fraudulent activity.
5. Payments
- All payments are processed securely via PayHere.
- The Platform is not responsible for payment delays or failures caused by third-party payment providers.
6. Liability Disclaimer
- The Platform is not liable for accidents, losses, or disputes arising between Explorers and Partners.
- Our maximum liability, if any, is limited to the amount paid to us in commission for the disputed booking.
7. Dispute Resolution
- Disputes should first be raised with customer support.
- If unresolved, disputes will be subject to the laws of Sri Lanka and the jurisdiction of Sri Lankan courts.
8. Amendments
- The Platform reserves the right to amend these Terms of Use, Cancellation and Refund Policy, or Privacy Policy at any time. Updated policies will be posted on the Platform and apply immediately.
9. Ratings & Reviews
- Reviews: Explorers may leave written reviews and star ratings after completing a booking. Reviews must be honest and respectful; false or abusive reviews may be removed.
- Overall Rating: Partner profiles display an overall score (out of 10) calculated from Explorer reviews and star ratings.
- Approval Rating: Calculated from the Partner's booking approval rate (out of 10). Declining bookings without reasonable cause may reduce this score.
- Response Rating: Calculated from the Partner's average response time to booking requests. Partners are expected to respond within 1 hour. Delayed responses may reduce this score.
- Impact of Ratings: Low ratings may affect a Partner's visibility on the Platform and may result in suspension if performance consistently falls below acceptable levels.
